I've been in this industry since 1997. After working in salons for 5 years I decided to branch out on
my own. I wanted more control of my environment mainly for health reasons. I wanted a non-toxic
work environment for me and my people... a place where you can relax and let the stress of the
world slip away.
I begin each session with a consultation and proceed only after a clear understanding has been
reached of the desired result or creative vision. I call it a co-creation or a combination of ideas. It's
a process to truly understand a person's hair needs based on lifestyle and hair goals. It takes
honest, open, clear communication and a willingness to listen. I honor the fact that in the end it is
your hair and I want you to be happy with it.
